In order for us to process your claim efficiently, please include the following details in your notice:

- The location of the material you believe is infringing on your rights, such as the specific URL(s) on our website.
- A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

2- Our Response to DMCA Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content. We will notify the content provider (the alleged infringer) about the claim and allow them to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was not infringing.
Counter-Notification
If you are the content provider who believes your content has been removed in error or that you have the rights to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should include:
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction for resolving any legal disputes.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original takedown notice. If the original claimant does not respond within 10 business days, the content may be restored.
4- Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices regarding a specific user, that user’s access to our website and services may be suspended or terminated.
5- Limitation of Liability
Please note that submitting a false DMCA takedown notice may subject the claimant to legal liability for any damages caused to the alleged infringer. We advise that all parties involved carefully review the content of their claims and counterclaims before submitting notices.
